Contains essential fatty acids, excellent source of dietary fibre, Vitamin E, B B1 Thiaminie B5 and folate and minerals such as copper, manganese, potassium manganese, iron, phosphorus, selenium, calcium and zinc.  Additionally they are rich is cholesterol lowering phytosterols.
