This delicious 100% certified organic Cous cows is a grain that is made by rolling semolina (coarsely ground durum wheat) with water, to form small, round pallets into what we call 'cows cows'.
Although cous cous is technically a pasta, it is incredibly quick to cook and adds wonderful textures to an array of yummy dishes. You can easily toss it into a variety of fresh salad combinations, mix it in with some of your favourite roasted vegetables, and simply add it to a range of delicious meat and fish meals. Cous cous can also be enjoyed on its own, and also tastes great when stirred in with nuts, dried fruits and even fresh herbs to add some yummy flavours!
