Bread Crumbs (Fine) are small particles of dry bread that have been broken down to a crumb form. They are typically used for coating foods such as chicken, topping casseroles, stuffing poultry, thickening stews and making a crisp and crunchy coating for fried foods, especially breaded cutlets like schnitzel.


Wheat flour, water, wholemeal wheat flour, maize flour, rye flour, yeast, iodised salt, vinegar, canola oil, preservative (282 and/or 262), gluten, vitamin (thiamin, folate)
