Description

A free flowing wholegrain product, produced by cleaning, dehulling and pearling barley. Should be oval shaped grains, free from lumps, mould and infestation.

  • Odour
    Typical of pearled barley, free from any musty or other objectionable odours and taints.

    Should be firm, free flowing grains and not joined together.
