Description
Caraway seeds are small seeds, which have a characteristic strong, aromatic flavour. The seeds are brown to black and are crescent in shape, free from mould and infestation. Caraway seeds are used to make kummel liqueur, caraway oil, used in medicines to aid digestion, flatulence, reduced body fluid and in cheese making.
