Description
Besan Flour also known as Gram Flour, Chickpea Flour or Garbanzo Flour is a cereal flour made from ground chickpeas.
Used in many countries, it is a staple ingredient in Indian, Pakistani and Bangladeshi cuisines.
When mixed with an equal proportion of water, it can be used as an egg-replacement in vegan cooking and dishes, containing a high proportion of carbohydrates and protein.
