Description

Prepared from mature properly ripened fruit, which peeled, dipped in syrup and dried in a hot oven.

Ingredients

Pineapple, Sugar, Preservative (220)

    Light yellow to golden yellow
  • Odour
    Characteristic, without an excess of sulphur dioxide. Free from any musty or other objectionable odours and taints.
  • Texture
    Should be firm with a firm bite, loose rings.
  • Moisture
    15% Maximum
