They should be dried fruit halves with minimal discoloration and blemishes, free from mould, moisture and infestation.

    Bright orange - (normal) Light/dark brown - (low sulphur)
  • Odour
    Characteristic, without an excess of sulphur smell, free from any musty or other objectionable odours and taints.
  • Texture
    Should be firm, flexible, loose fruit halves.
  • Moisture
    Bulk Packs not exceeding 25%.

Clean, Dry, Cool Area, Free from infestation, recommended Temperature 0-15 Celsius
