Description

Pitted whole dried fruit from trees grown in the cooler areas of Northern China. They should have minimal discoloration and blemishes. Free from mould and infestation.

    Shiny reddish brown to black.
  • Odour
    Should be free from any musty or other objectionable odours and taints.
  • Texture
    Should be uniform, chewy, loose fruit, with minimal reasonable squashed and clumping fruits.

    14 -18%
