Description
Dried slices of bananas, prepared from canary (saba) variety. The bananas picked in the mature green stage, peeled, washed, sliced, dipped in sugar solution and then fried in fresh refined coconut oil. They are firm/crisp, and have a sweet banana odour flavoured with honey.
