Description

Chocolate coated irregular chunks of ginger. (Not round) Should be free of mould, moisture and infestation.

Ingredients

Sugar, Vegetable Fat, Cocoa, Emulsifiers (Soya Lecithin, 492), Salt.

  • Colour
    Should be dark brown with minimal white appearance (that comes from successive exposure to warm and cool temperature).
  • Odour
    Should be free from any musty or other objectionable odours and taints.
  • Texture
    Should be firm and free flowing

Clean, Dry, Cool Area, Free from infestation, recommended Temperature 0-15 Celsius
