Description

Milk Chocolate Bullets are a chocolate confectionery prepared by applying a generous coating of fine milk chocolate to a core of licorice. Polishing the exterior completes the product. Should be minimal broken pieces and free of mould, moisture and infestation.

Ingredients

Licorice 60% (Molasses, wheat flour, glucose syrup from wheat, invert sugar, vegetable oil, emulsifier 471, flavours, colour 153, salt, preservative 202), Milk chocolate 39% (Milk solids, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier (322 from soya ,476) flavour, glazing agents 414, 904), Milk solids 45%*, Cocoa bean derivatives 27%*, Contains Sulphites.

    Typical milk chocolate and licorice aroma. Free from foreign or objectionable odours

    Smooth chocolate coating, firm licorice centre.
