Description

Apricot Coconut slice (or delight) is an abundant of complimentary ingredients that are finely blended together to form a chewy yet soft textured mixture. From this, it is then coated in desiccated coconut giving it its special recognisable taste.

Apricot Coconut Slice is served in bite size pieces and used mostly as a savoury snack, in a trail mix or sprinkled over a breakfast muesli.

Ingredients

Dried apricots 30% (preservative 220), sugar, glucose syrup (derived from wheat), coconut 10%, vegetable oil, emulsifier (soya lecithin), food acid (330), thickener (406), colour 160b, flavour and corn starch.
